TIAMO Card Terms and Conditions

1. General rules
1.1. The loyalty card (hereinafter referred to as TIAMO Card) is a card issued by SIA “TIAMO GRUPA”, hereinafter referred to as “TIAMO GRUPA” and gives its user the opportunity to receive discounts and take advantage of special offers.
1.2. The data processor is SIA “TIAMO GRUPA”, registration No 42103029977, seat and legal address: Zemnieku iela 32, Liepāja, LV-3401.
1.3. The personal data submitted in order to receive the TIAMO Card is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Law and other laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia and is processed for the purpose of issuing the TIAMO card, obtaining, analysing, and compiling the data specified in these Terms and Conditions, contacting the customer, sending offers to TIAMO Card holders by e-mail or SMS, as well as developing offers for TIAMO Card users.
1.4. TIAMO Group shall process the customer data provided in the TIAMO Card form only to the extent and for the purposes specified in the questionnaire. TIAMO Group shall not disclose the collected data to third parties, except in cases where the obligation or right to disclose the data arises from laws and regulations or where the customer has given his/her explicit consent to the transfer of the data to a third party.

2. Rules of issue
2.1. The TIAMO Card can be used at the TIAMO Group companies listed below (hereinafter referred to as TIAMO Group entities):

2.2. Tiamo Card plastic version costs 0.99 EUR, but the electronic card is available free of charge.
2.3. By making a note on the form, the customer has the right to agree or disagree with the purpose of using the TIAMO Card.
2.4. If the fields of the form are filled in incompletely or incorrectly, TIAMO Group has the right to block the card without prior notice until the deficiencies are corrected.
2.5. The TIAMO Card has no expiry date.

3. Terms of use
3.1. A discount of up to 10% (ten per cent) is applied to purchases made at TIAMO Group entities if a TIAMO Card is presented.
3.2. The TIAMO Group determines the products that are discounted when using the TIAMO Card and has the right to change these products from time to time.
3.3. There may be groups of dishes for which the discount does not apply.
3.4. There may be groups of dishes that are discounted by more than 10% (ten percent).

3.5. There may be situations where the discount cannot be applied, for example when ordering takeaway food. When placing orders at all TIAMO Group entities, the TIAMO Card must be presented before placing the order.

The discounts offered by the TIAMO Card are also available on the TiamoFood mobile app or at www.tiamofood.lv.

In case of loss or theft of the TIAMO Card, the card user is obliged to notify the TIAMO Group representatives by e-mail: [email protected]

4. Other terms and conditions of use
4.1. The TIAMO Group is entitled to block the TIAMO Card without prior notice in the following cases:
4.1.1. the customer has not paid the invoice at any of the TIAMO Group entities;
4.1.2. a fake delivery call has been made from the phone number indicated in the form.
4.2. The current version of the TIAMO Card Terms and Conditions is available on the TIAMO Group website www.tiamo.lv. In the event of any difference between these Terms and Conditions and the Terms on the Website, the Terms on the Website shall prevail.
4.3. The TIAMO Group is not liable for any losses and / or costs that customers may incur as a result of the TIAMO Card.
4.4. If the TIAMO Card user does not wish to continue using the card in accordance with the terms and conditions, he/she has the right to inform the representatives of the TIAMO Group.
4.5. TIAMO Group has the right to change the TIAMO Card Terms and Conditions without prior notice by publishing them on the website www.tiamo.lv.
4.6. For the security of TIAMO Card users, the person receiving or returning the card is required to show proof of identity.
4.7. If the TIAMO Card does not work, the customer needs to fill in the form again to get the electronic TIAMO Card.
